A Bit About the Founder

Djuana Turner, the Founder of B.O.S.S. Beat, LLC, has been assisting businesses and colleagues in growing their businesses since Y2K. She has a passion for the entrepreneur and helping others to succeed. 

Her first success story was International Language Services, L.L.C. As the first employee of this small, disadvantaged, woman-owned business, Djuana worked tirelessly in the pursuit of growth. Her efforts landed the largest contract in the company's history, along with several other smaller local government contracts, increasing its revenues from $140,000 annually to over $3.5 million.

Most recently, Djuana has supported many of her colleagues in growing their businesses. She also has a passion for introducing entrepreneurship to others, especially the youth, and breaking dependence on the traditional 9-5. Djuana is cognizant that entrepreneurship is not for everyone, but believes that valuable lessons can be learned and used in daily life.
